Roberto Martinez: 'Norwich City did well'
Norwich City impress Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez this afternoon.

Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez was impressed with the way Norwich City performed at the DW Stadium this afternoon.

Newly-promoted Norwich fought back from a goal down to claim a 1-1 draw against their hosts and return to East Anglia with a point.

"In the opening games you always face difficult, difficult games," Martinez told Sky Sports News.

"You have to give huge credit to Norwich City. They've come with a huge winning mentality and full of enthusiasm, as you'd expect, and they did really well."

Ben Watson opened the scoring from the penalty spot but the tally was levelled up before half time courtesy of Wesley Hoolahan.
