Contract talks between Wigan Athletic and Victor Moses have stalled, leading to speculation that the winger could be on his way out of the DW Stadium.
Negotiations over a new deal for the 21-year-old opened last month, but Moses's agent has claimed that no progress has been made.
"We talked to Wigan about a contract five weeks ago but still haven't seen anything," said Tony Finnigan.
Sunderland, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are thought to be monitoring the situation.
The Latics would be expected to sell the former Crystal Palace player for around £8m were he to become available.
