Wolfsburg have insisted that they are yet to receive any bids for Kevin de Bruyne amid speculation linking him with a big-money move to Manchester City.
Speculation has mounted that City were readying a £50m bid for the ex-Chelsea midfielder, who was sold in January 2014 after struggling to nail down a regular spot.
However, the Bundesliga club's sporting director Klaus Allofs is adamant that the story has little substance.
"I'm not worried," he told Kicker. "I don't know anything about these possible offers so there's nothing to talk about."
The Belgium ace rose to prominence for Wolfsburg last season, netting 16 goals and 27 assists in all competitions as the club finished second behind Bayern Munich.
The 24-year-old's contract expires in 2019.
