Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore could reportedly be forced to undergo surgery after dislocating his shoulder three times in the last 16 matches.
The 24-year-old suffered the problem again during Sunday's topsy-turvy 3-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur following a tussle with Japhet Tanganga.
Traore also dislocated his shoulder in the reverse fixture against Spurs in December and again against Manchester United in January.
The Daily Mail reports that Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is growing increasingly concerned by the repetitive nature of the injury and could consider surgery on the problem if it persists.
However, Traore is keen to delay any operation for as long as possible in order to help Wolves during their Premier League and Europa League run-in, while he retains hope of earning a place in the Spain squad for Euro 2020.
Wolves remain optimistic that the former Barcelona man will recover in time for Saturday's home game against Brighton & Hove Albion.
