Bolton Wanderers have pulled out of a deal to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Rajiv van La Parra on loan.
Wolves head coach Kenny Jackett revealed last week that the Dutch winger had all but agreed a temporary switch to the Macron Stadium in a bid to gain some regular match action.
However, due to Bolton's supposed imminent takeover, the Trotters have decided to end negotiations with the 24-year-old.
"It's fallen through at Bolton's end. I'm not sure of the exact reasons but it seems to be financial," Jackett told the Express & Star.
Van La Parra has started just three games for his Molineux-based employers this term.
