Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Kevin Doyle has said that he is looking forward to working with new manager Stale Solbakken and hopes to help the club bounce straight back to the Premier League.
Doyle has been linked with a move back to the top flight, but the player said that he wants to return by winning promotion from the Championship.
"[Solbakken has] got some fantastic experience in his career," Sky Sports News quotes Doyle as saying. "He'll have new ideas which he'll be getting across to us and we'll all get used to each other.
"I've experienced it before so I know what it's going to be like. You can have a good season after relegation and I was very close to going straight back up with Reading. We need to get the winning feeling back and the confidence that brings."
The Irishman has scored 18 goals in 93 league games for Wolves.
