Kenny Jackett keen for new striker

Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett reveals that he is keen to strengthen his attacking department during the January transfer window.

Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has revealed that he is prepared to bring in a new striker on a permanent deal during the January transfer window.

Danny Graham has been allowed to return to Sunderland after a loan spell at Molineux, but Jackett has indicated that he intends to make additions in the final third during the first month of 2015.

The 52-year-old is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "We are looking to strengthen different areas but our front line I would say is one area we are looking at.

"It is a case of right deal, right player, whether it be permanent or loans."

Ten points from four games have seen Wolves move into eighth place in the Championship table.
