Angers left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri is reportedly set to move to Wolverhampton Wanderers on a permanent basis.
The France Under-21 international spent the 2020-21 campaign on loan at Molineux and started 16 Premier League games under Nuno Espirito Santo, who has since left to take the reins at Tottenham Hotspur.
Despite the long-term injury to Jonny, Ait-Nouri failed to become a consistent starter at Molineux, but he did play the full 90 minutes in six of Wolves' last nine Premier League matches in the 2020-21 season.
Now, journalist Mohamed Toubache-TER reports that the 20-year-old will soon join the West Midlands outfit on a permanent deal for a fee of €12m (£10.3m), but Angers will retain a 50% sell-on clause.
Ait-Nouri was said to be keen to complete a permanent switch to Wolves - now under the tutelage of Bruno Lage - and Angers were happy to grant him his wish.
The defender scored one goal and assisted one more for Wolves last season, and he leaves Angers having made just 23 appearances for the club since joining as a 15-year-old in 2016.
