Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly rejected an offer from West Ham United for Matt Jarvis.
It is understood that newly-promoted West Ham had targeted the 26-year-old winger ahead of next season, however, their offer has reportedly been rebuffed.
Club chief executive Jez Moxey told the Express and Star: "We are not naive. We know clubs will want our best players but we are ready to do battle with anyone. In some ways, there's nothing I enjoy more."
Jarvis is under contract at Wolves under 2015.
