The four players up for September's League Two Player of the Month have been announced as Paul Hayes, Jack Payne, Marc Richards and Luke Wilkinson.
Veteran forward Hayes scored three of Wycombe Wanderers' five goals as they climbed into the top two with an unbeaten run. The winner against Cambridge United was his 100th league goal.
Payne starred from midfield in a great month for Southend United, who won four out of five games and had Payne to thank for a goal and two assists in the 3-2 victory over York City.
Richards scored in all four of his September appearances for Northampton Town, netting six in total for the month thanks to braces in the wins over Dagenham & Redbridge and Hartlepool United.
After missing the opening game of the month for Luton Town, centre-back Wilkinson helped the Hatters to an unbeaten rest of the month. They also didn't concede a single goal once Wilkinson returned to the lineup.
The winner will be revealed on Friday morning.
