Charlton Athletic have reportedly joined the race to sign Wycombe Wanderers forward Stuart Beavon.
The 28-year-old scored 25 goals for the Chairboys last season, but he is likely to leave Adams Park this summer following the club's relegation to League Two.
Cardiff City are considered to be the favourites to capture Beavon's signature, but Charlton plan to hijack the Bluebirds' proposed move for the player, according to the Daily Star.
Beavon joined Wycombe from non-leage Weymouth in 2009.
