Half-Time Report: Ishmael Miller hands Yeovil Town lead

Yeovil Town lead Sheffield Wednesday at the break in their Championship clash at Huish Park, thanks to a goal from Ishmael Miller.

A strike from Ishmael Miller has handed Yeovil Town the lead at the break in their Championship clash with Sheffield Wednesday.

The home side stared the game well and could have taken the lead when Ruben Palazuelos spread a pass to Tom Lawrence on the edge of the area, but his effort went just wide of the target.

Gary Johnson's side thought that they had gone ahead when James Hayter flicked the ball into the path of Miller, who found the net but was flagged offside.

Wednesday keeper Damian Martinez was then forced into action to produce a good save to deny a shot from Duane Holmes to keep the score level.

However, just before the break the home side took the lead when Martinez was unable to stop a low Miller effort from finding the net.
