Sebastian Vettel has been given a 10-place grid penalty for the start of the United States Grand Prix this weekend.
The Ferrari driver picks up the penalty due to an engine change, which could hand Lewis Hamilton his third world title if he wins and the German driver finishes third or lower.
This is the fifth time Ferrari have changed the engine on Vettel's car this season, which is one more than the penalty-free limit, leaving the four-time world champion with a starting position of 11th or lower.
Vettel has finished second or higher on six occasions but has only started outside the front two rows three times this season.
