Force India driver Paul di Resta has put himself on the map in Formula 1 following his impressive performance in the Singapore Grand Prix, according to his manager Richard Goddard.
The 26-year-old managed to secure a grid slot of sixth and his best result in two years of competing in F1 after finishing fourth.
"The closer you finish to the podium and are on the podium, that's when you get recognised by more and more teams," BBC Sport quotes Goddard as saying.
"So that's what his result yesterday will do for him. It will give him a lot more visibility. Obviously he is contracted to Force India at the moment, so there are no issues from that perspective."
Reports have claimed that McLaren are keen on poaching Di Resta if Lewis Hamilton decides against signing a new contract.
