Haas has brought an end to its prolonged conflict with its former sponsor, Uralkali, which had supported ex-driver Nikita Mazepin.

Haas has brought an end to its prolonged conflict with its former sponsor, Uralkali, which had supported ex-driver Nikita Mazepin.

On Friday at Zandvoort, legal representatives of the Russian fertiliser company, with assistance from Dutch authorities, formally seized Haas' Formula 1 cars and all essential equipment.

Haas was granted permission to use the equipment for the remainder of the Dutch Grand Prix weekend, but they were not allowed to transport it out of the Netherlands until a total of approximately 10 million euros was reimbursed to Uralkali.

As of early Saturday, there were still doubts about Haas' ability to participate in the upcoming Italian Grand Prix next weekend.

"This process is very complicated," team boss Ayao Komatsu said. "That's why it's taking longer than expected. But our lawyers are on it," he told Sky Italia.

"We are totally focused on resolving this issue as quickly as possible, so everything should be fine. I don't see any problem," Komatsu added when questioned about the possibility of Haas being unable to make it to Monza.

According to Sky Italia and other reputable sources, the debt has now been settled in full.

"The payment has arrived," the broadcaster reported.

"Haas has paid its former sponsor the money, and the team will participate as usual in the Italian GP."
