Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel has insisted that he has confidence in the car ahead of tomorrow's Canadian Grand Prix.
Vettel said that the conditions for qualifying were incredibly tricky, but feels that the car is capable of coping with whatever the weather is in Montreal on Sunday.
"It was very, very tricky because you never knew what the conditions were like next time you were out," he told Sky Sports News. "Obviously it was intermediate tyres throughout but extremely tricky to adapt."
"In the last qualifying section we decided to have two runs and we thought the second run would be quicker because we had a new set of tyres left, but it started to drizzle in the final chicane.
"I am looking forward to the race. We had strong strong pace yesterday so no matter the conditions we should be in decent shape."
Vettel qualified on pole, with Lewis Hamilton second.
