Nico Hulkenberg to replace Sergio Perez at McLaren?

Sauber driver Nico Hulkenberg is reportedly in line to replace Sergio Perez at McLaren next season.

McLaren are reportedly keen to replace Sergio Perez with Nico Hulkenberg next season.

Perez only moved to the British-based team at the start of the season, but after earning just 22 points during the current campaign, his place with the team has come under scrutiny.

According to Bild, the Mexican's seat could be taken by German Nico Hulkenberg, who has performed solidly for Sauber this season.

The 26-year-old recently qualified in third position for the Italian Grand Prix before finishing the race in fifth.
