Pastor Maldonado reveals his regret at qualifying in eighth position for Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

Pastor Maldonado has admitted that he was disappointed with qualifying eighth for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Williams had two drivers within the top 10 in qualifying in Budapest, with Bruno Senna 10th but Maldonado has revealed that he expected a better result.

The Venezuelan said: "I was expecting a little bit more. We are not at the level to be in the top three, this target was a little bit forward for us today, but I think P4, P5 was real.

"I didn't get a clean lap with the traffic, it wasn't that ready with the tyres as well. We don't improve in qualy three and because of that I was expecting a little bit more."

McLaren's Lewis Hamilton will start on pole for the race on Sunday.
