Sweden's Robert Karlsson has withdrawn from the British Open, which gets underway tomorrow morning.
The 42-year-old would not go into too much depth regarding his decision to pull out, only citing "bad habits" that he needs to attend to.
"Have got into some bad habits in my game and routine that I need to address. Taking a few weeks off," the world number 54 said on Twitter.
To accommodate the alteration the opening round will now start at 6.30am instead of 6.19am.
Karlsson will not be replaced in the draw.
