American pro David Lipsky has taken the top spot on the leaderboard of the Johor Open after the first round was suspended due to adverse weather conditions.
The tournament, which is being held at the Horizon Hills Golf and Country Club, came to halt due to the threat of lightning storms. Before the day was suspended until tomorrow morning, Asian Tour rookie Lipsky took the lead with eight-under-par after 16 holes.
Australia's Unho Park finished the course with a seven-under 65, while American Kevin Na currently sits two shots off the lead after carding 66 after the first round.
Meanwhile, Daniel Chopra, who started off well at the Thailand Championship last week, managed to complete his round with a four-under 68.
