Home favourite SSP Chawrasia has finally won the Hero Indian Open after four runner-up finishes at the tournament.
The 37-year-old lost out to Anirban Lahiri in a playoff last year at Delhi Golf Club, but this time around held off the challenge of the defending champion.
Chawrasia took a two-shot lead into the final round and maintained that advantage by the end of day four thanks to a final-round 71.
It is a third European Tour title and first since 2011 for Chawrasia, who finished two above Lahiri and Korea's Jeunghun Wang.
