Australia's Nathan Holman will take a two-shot lead into the weekend at the inaugural Maybank Championship Malaysia thanks to a second round of 65 in Kuala Lumpur.
The 24-year-old, who claimed his maiden win at the Australian PGA Championship in December, followed up his seven-under-par 64 on Thursday with another low round today to hold on to first place.
He is two clear of England's Richard Bland, who also shot 65 today, while the next-best halfway score is eight-under, with world number 13 Danny Willett one of four in a tie for third place.
Plenty of big names have missed the cut at Royal Selangor Golf Club, including top-50 players Matt Fitzpatrick, Chris Wood and Martin Kaymer.
