Swansea City ball boy Charlie Morgan receives death threats online after he got Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard sent off.

Swansea City ball boy Charlie Morgan has been at the centre of online death threats following his altercation with Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard.

The 17-year-old was criticised for shielding the ball from the Belgium international, who appeared to kick the teen, during the Blues' League Cup semi-final exit against the Swans on Wednesday.

"He has had death threats," Morgan's friend Ellie Moyle told The Sun. "It's really bad."

Hazard was sent off for the incident and is due to receive a three-match ban.
