James Anderson features in Carlos Tevez-like Ashes poster

England bowler James Anderson features in a Carlos Tevez-like advert 'Welcome to Manchester' ahead of the third Ashes Test at Old Trafford.

England bowler James Anderson has featured in a poster mirroring that of the famous Carlos Tevez 'Welcome to Manchester' banner.

The Lancashire paceman has been put at the centre of a poster aimed at the Australian cricketers arriving at Old Trafford for the third Ashes Test, on Deansgate.

The billboard, which was commissioned by the England and Wales Cricket Board, shows Anderson with the words 'Welcome to Manchester #RISE' emblazoned on the front.

Anderson has taken 13 wickets so far in the Ashes series, which England currently lead 2-0.
