Liverpool-born boxer Tony Bellew has insisted that he will hunt down a bar in New Jersey in order to watch the Merseyside derby.

The lifelong Everton fan will be in the United States preparing for his fight against Adonis Stevenson when the Toffees take on rivals Liverpool at Goodison Park on Saturday.

"I'll have to watch it," Bellew told the Liverpool Echo. "There is no two ways about it. I'll have to find a sports bar somewhere that has it on.

"Tim Howard (Everton goalkeeper) is from New Jersey so he knows the places to go and I'll speak to him and ask where to watch it."

Bellew will face Stevenson in Quebec City on November 30.
