Everton's Tim Howard compared to David Beckham after 'Fifty Shades' photo

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard has been compared to David Beckham after he appeared in the club's '12 Shades of Blue' calendar.

The Toffees players did their own take on erotic novel 'Fifty Shades of Grey' by posing naked for a calendar, with the proceeds going to charity.

Howard, who has joined up with underwear company Urban Active to provide help to the victims of Hurricane Sandy, has had his calendar photo sent to New York and received praise for his figure.

The USA international has been compared to David Beckham, who has his own underwear range with H&M.
