Newcastle United and Leeds United supporters joined together to pay tribute to former midfielder Gary Speed last night.
The ex-Wales manager, who played for both clubs during his career, passed away in November 2011 when he was found hanged at his home in Cheshire at the age of 42.
During the 11th minute of last night's Capital One Cup third-round tie, both Newcastle and Leeds fans chanted Speed's name, and also held a minute's applause at St James' Park.
The match finished 2-0 in Newcastle's favour.
