Liverpool's Martin Skrtel reveals love for Slovakian rap music

Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel has revealed that he is a fan of Slovakian rap music.

The 28-year-old has claimed that he often listens to rap from his homeland, but has no plans to introduce the genre to his teammates.

"There is a band, I know the guys and I enjoy listening to them," Skrtel said in a Q&A session with fans via the club's official website. "During the holidays, if I have time I always try to join the concert. So yes, I listen."

When asked if he has played any Slovakian rap for the other players at Anfield, he responded: "No. No-one would enjoy that! I don't even try."

Skrtel has been at the Merseyside club since 2008.
