Liverpool defender Kolo Toure is known for his playful antics off the pitch and this week in Melwood was no different as he pumped himself up in an attempt to lift leg weights.
During an Instagram clip, Toure calls on teammate Lucas Leiva for emotional support before picking a heavy weight at the club's training ground.
Jose Enrique captured it on film and while uploading it to social media, the Spaniard wrote: "For me this guy is the king. Love you kolo."
Meanwhile, Toure's long-term future at Anfield remains in doubt after he admitted that he is considering his options.
