Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has reportedly ended his relationship with pregnant girlfriend Raffaella Fico.

The Italian model is due to give birth to Balotelli's first child on Christmas Day and the 22-year-old forward is believed to have requested two weeks off from Manchester City to spend time with his child.

Despite rekindling their relationship earlier this year, it is understood that the pair have called it quits for the second time, according to the Daily Mail.

The couple first split when Fico confronted Balotelli about rumours that he had been cheating.
