Wayne Rooney adds to signed guitar collection

Wayne Rooney has asked Brit award-winning singer Ben Howard to sign a guitar for his collection.

The Manchester United striker sent a left-handed Martin guitar to the 26-year-old, who has reportedly agreed to add his autograph and return it.

Rooney previously asked former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher to do the same, but the Manchester City fan returned the £2,000 Gibson Les Paul painted sky blue and covered in Man City slogans.

The 27-year-old also has a guitar signed by Sir Paul McCartney.
