Hamilton: 'Jamie Foxx could play me in movie'

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he would choose actor Jamie Foxx to play him in a film about his life and career.

The 28-year-old, who is in his first Formula 1 season with Mercedes, occasionally makes headlines away from the sport due to his relationship with American singer Nicole Scherzinger.

When asked by BBC Sport readers which actor Hamilton would choose to play him in a biopic, Hamilton said: "Probably Jamie Foxx. He would be awesome. He's one of the best actors around at the moment. I watched him in Django Unchained recently. Sick movie."

Hamilton, who is known to record his own music as a hobby, is preparing for this Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix.
