Lewis Hamilton meets Tom Cruise on film set

Mercedes Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton met "great" American actor Tom Cruise while he was filming his new movie.

The 28-year-old, who is known to record his own music as a hobby, revealed that he met the famous actor on the set of new film All You Need Is Kill.

Hamilton tweeted a photo of himself shaking hands with the Hollywood star, along with the caption: "Met the great @tomcruise on his film set, what a legend!!"

Meanwhile, Hamilton, who left McLaren at the end of last season, is preparing to undergo his first competitive race with Mercedes at the Australian Grand Prix next month.
