British boxer Anthony Ogogo has admitted that he feels "gutted" to have been the second celebrity contestant to be knocked out of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 26-year-old, who won an Olympic bronze medal at London 2012, was forced off the BBC reality show on Sunday after performing a paso doble.
After his axe, Ogogo claimed that he had a disadvantage from the start as he was competing against celebrities who have dancing backgrounds.
"I'm gutted to be out," the Daily Star quotes Ogogo as saying. "I'm not the best but I'm not the worst. But being a novice, it's hard to do well. I'd never danced before. I've not done ballet or been in a boyband or been a pop star.
"When you're up against Jay McGuiness who's done ballet, and Helen George who's done ballet and Peter Andre who's been a pop star for as long as I've been alive, it's very, very hard to beat all those guys."
Former 400m runner Iwan Thomas was the first contestant to be voted off the show.
