Oscar Pistorius's murder trial will resume at the High Court in Pretoria, South Africa today following a two-week adjournment.
The Paralympic champion, who broke down in tears numerous times while giving evidence, will return to the court following a break, which was taken to accommodate Easter and other public holidays.
The 27-year-old is accused of murdering girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp by allegedly shooting her through a bathroom door following a heated argument at his home on Valentine's Day last year.
Numerous reports have claimed that Pistorius's defence team will call ballistics expert Tom Wolmarans, who is a retired SAPS forensic worker, to the stand on Monday.
Pistorius denies murder by maintaining that he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder when he fired four shots through the door.
