Harry Kane prefers walking dogs to clubbing

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane reveals that he prefers to relax by taking his dogs for a walk rather than going to a club.

Harry Kane has revealed that he would rather take his dogs for a walk or host a barbecue than go to a nightclub when he is not on the football pitch.

The Tottenham Hotspur striker finished as the second highest goalscorer in the Premier League this season, and scored just over a minute into his England debut against Lithuania earlier this year.

The 21-year-old told Esquire: "If I need to relax, I take [the dogs] both out for a walk, or I play a round of golf. I can't remember the last time I went to a club.

"Obviously, everyone's different, but I love just settling down and having a barbecue with my friends at the house.

"In the couple of weeks I have off, I'll go away with the missus. To America maybe, or Portugal. Just put my feet up and get a good suntan. Obviously, I've got to stay fit, so I'll work out in the morning then chill by the pool the rest of the day."

Kane is currently preparing for the Under-21s European Championships with the England Under-21s.
