Red Hot Chili Peppers to perform at Super Bowl?

Bruno Mars will reportedly be joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers for the Super Bowl half-time show next month.

American rock band the Red Hot Chili Peppers have reportedly agreed to join Bruno Mars for the half-time show at this year's Super Bowl.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the 'Just the Way You Are' singer will confirm the Chili Peppers' participation during tonight's playoff game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New Orleans Saints.

It was announced that Mars would perform at next month's Super Bowl, which will take place of the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, at the start of the 2013 season.

Nicki Minaj, Slash and Kelly Rowland have been among those to make guest appearances in half-time shows in recent years.
