Pre-race favourite Sea Moon came from the back of the field to win the Hardwicke Stakes at Royal Ascot this afternoon.
Sir Michael Stoute's horse appeared to have left itself too much to do under jockey Ryan Moore.
However, just after the midway point, Sea Moon made a move for the front ahead of nearest contenders Dunaden and Red Cadeaux.
At the line the Khalid Abdullah-owned four-year-old had three and a quarter lengths in hand of Melbourne Cup winner Dunaden.
