Brett Kearney confirms Bradford Bulls exit

Bradford Bulls full-back Brett Kearney confirms that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

Bradford Bulls full-back Brett Kearney has confirmed that he will return to his native Australia at the end of the season.

The 30-year-old has made over 100 appearances for the Bulls since he joined the club in 2010.

Despite Bradford's recent relegation from Super League, Kearney is confident that the team can recover quickly.

"My decision to leave was a family one and they come first," he told the club's official website.

"We have had a difficult few years, but the support from the terraces has never wavered. For that, I would like to thank our fantastic fans and great staff at the club.

"I believe the Bulls are in brilliant hands and I look forward to seeing them back in Super League as soon as possible."

Bradford continue their Super League campaign on August 17 when they play host to Hull FC.
