Hull KR thrash Wakefield Warriors

Hull KR overturned a narrow half-time deficit to comfortably beat Wakefield Wildcats 44-18 in their Super League clash.

Hull KR swept aside Wakefield Warriors with a magnificent second-half performance to win their Super League clash 44-18 at New Craven Park.

Wakefield started the first half brightly as tries from Dean Collis, Ben Cockayne and Lee Smith gave them a narrow 18-16 half-time lead.

However, Hull KR came out in the second half a rejuvenated side, as Wakefield failed to cope with the home side's energy and creative spark.
