Widnes have dropped to the bottom of the Super League table following today's 38-18 home defeat to Salford.
The visiting Reds held a 32-6 advantage heading into the break thanks largely to two tries apiece from Daniel Holdsworth and Luke Patten.
Jodie Broughton and Gareth Owen also went over for tries, while Holdsworth also added four goals.
Widnes's only score of the half came in the 25th minute when Partick Ah Van converted his own try.
Ah Van added another converted try after the break, while Paddy Flynn ran in his side's third late in the game. Rhys Hanbury was on had to convert Flynn's effort.
The Reds only added six points in the second half as Holdsworth converted a try from Iafeta Paleaaesina.
