Bath started to dominate possession as the half progressed, with Semesa Rokoduguni and Jonathan Joseph adding to the score before the break, but Seb Stegmann pulled one back on the cusp of half time to keep the visitors in contention.
Joseph and Rokoduguni both picked up a second try after the break as Bath ran up the score in the closing stages of the match, while Carl Fearns added a seventh for the visitors in the final moments.
The result leaves Bath second in the table, while the Exiles sit 11th, having lost both matches since their return to the division.
