Dylan Hartley retires: Former England captain's career in pictures

The former England hooker is hanging up his boots.

Former England hooker Dylan Hartley has retired from professional rugby union after struggling to recover from a knee injury.

The 33-year-old is England's second-most capped player of all time and Northampton's longest-serving squad member.
