England head coach Stuart Lancaster will hand Christian Wade and Matt Kvesic their international debuts against Argentina this weekend.
Wade, who plays for London Wasps, has been joined by Worcester Warriors flanker Kvesic in the starting lineup for the clash, which gets underway on Saturday.
Sale Sharks prop Henry Thomas and Bath centre Kyle Eastmond could also make their debuts if they are brought on from the bench, while Billy Vunipola could also win his first cap as he is named as a replacement.
The Test against the Pumas will be held at the Estadio Padre Ernesto Martearena in Salta.
