Former England flanker Joe Worsley has joined French Top 14 side Bordeaux as a defence coach.
The 34-year-old, who spent his club career with Wasps, retired with a neck injury at the end of last year.
"He is someone who is hugely competent," general manager Raphael Ibanez told Bordeaux's official website.
"I played with him for five years at Wasps and could see his qualities as a defender and the ideas he had concerning that sector of the game."
Worsley, who won 78 caps for England, was part of the 2003 World Cup-winning squad.
