Newcastle Falcons director of rugby Dean Richards has urged his players to be angered by their narrow defeat to Leicester Tigers.
The Falcons led 12-9 at Kingston Park on Sunday before a late converted try from Leicester turned the game around.
Newcastle have now lost seven of their last nine matches in the Aviva Premiership, and Richards is eager for his side to start picking up points.
"We should be angry about it, that's the thing, we can't get complacent," he told BBC Sport. "We played a lovely brand of rugby but that's not enough, we need to get the wins on the board. It's frustrating, we'll sort ourselves out and the boys are gutted but it's a learning curve."
Newcastle are back in action on March 28 when they make the trip to London Irish in the league.
