Australia winger Digby Loane confirms that he will depart the Reds at the end of the current season.

Australia winger Digby Loane has revealed that he will leave the Reds at the end of the current season.

The 27-year-old, who was initially expected to depart the club in 2014, has claimed that 'business matters' have forced his hand.

"It's all a business matter, that's why I'm leaving. I had no choice," Loane told reporters at a press conference.

"I've been thinking about it for the last six or seven months. It started last year.

"Sadly, it has come to the stage where I have to look somewhere else so I can look after myself. I believe in loyalty but there's times when you can't trust anyone."

A host of clubs are reportedly monitoring proceedings.
