Richard Haughton scored the only try of the game as Perpignan ran out 13-6 winners in their European Challenge Cup encounter with Worcester Warriors.
The hosts took the lead in the ninth minute when Haughton capitalised on some sloppy defending to score the first try of the evening, which was followed by a James Hook conversion.
Perpignan increased their advantage to 10-0 when Hook put away a penalty, but Andy Goode hit one at the other end to make it 10-3.
However, Hook's second penalty kick of the game ensured it was 13-3 at the break.
There was little action in the second period to speak of as Perpignan defended tightly. Another Goode penalty reduced the deficit to 13-6 but the French side held on for a deserved win.
