David Strettle scored a hat-trick as the Aviva Premiership leaders ran in 11 tries against the Irish visitors, scoring his first after 26 minutes, before adding two more after the break.
Chris Ashton opened the scoring, smashing his way over after 10 minutes, and also added the final try late on to bag a brace.
Charlie Hodgson struggled with the kicking duties, converting just three of the tries, while his counterpart, Dan Parks, was able to add two penalties for the visitors.
The result leaves Saracens with a chance of reaching the quarter-finals, but they will have to rely on later results going their way.
