Scotland captain Colin Gregor has insisted that his side can win a medal in rugby sevens at the Commonwealth Games this weekend.
The host nation will face stiff opposition to make it onto the podium, with England, Australia and South Africa also looking to knock the dominant New Zealand off their perch.
Scotland have won one and lost one of their matches so far on the opening day of action, and they need a win in their final match against Canada to progress second to the All Blacks from Group A.
"[A medal] is what we're aiming for, but to go for a real cliche we need to take one game at a time. If we don't beat Canada then it's game over, so that's our cup final just now," Gregor told Sports Mole.
Scotland are due to face Canada at 9.04pm tonight.
